Sick to death of copyright claims

I have finally become monetised on YouTube after two years. I had the occasional copyright claim before becoming monetised which I disputed and won as I just explained in the dispute that I used PowerDirector to create my videos and the license to use the music is built-into it.

However, since I’ve become monetised, every, single video I produce with music is being copyright claimed and my disputes are rejected. I have no choice but to remove or replace the music from my videos, which is not a perfect process, or risk strikes that could end my channel.

I am so sick of it. The main reason I chose PowerDirector was the plethora of ‘royalty-free’ music I could choose from. I’m not particularly blaming Cyberlink, I’m sure they have the relevant licenses required to provide this music.

I know that to use Soundstripe I can input a code into my YouTube description, which is great, I do use that. However, sometimes I want to use other music but am now afraid to do so.

I have to say, it’s not just PowerDirector that has this issue. I tried CapCut for one of my videos and the exact same thing happened. I guess the only way to be certain is to choose from the YouTube library in future. 🙁
