Are my credit card details stored on this website?
No. You can store credit card payment methods on this website, but the actual card details are stored on Stripe's secure servers.
How much do you charge for postage and packing?
Postage and packing is worked out by the size and weight of the total number of items you add to your shopping cart. Some items come with free delivery, otherwise the cost of delivery is combined and you do not pay for delivery for each, individual item. It may be worth purchasing several items together rather than one at a time to save money on delivery costs. Items with free delivery are not included in the final cost, delivery for those items is still free, regardless of the number of other items you buy at the same time.
Do you offer refunds?
Only if the item you receive is defective. Please make sure you know what you are buying before you pay. Some items are digital and some are physical items that will be posted to your address. All of my used items are in excellent condition, but most are without their original boxes. The buyer must pay to return any defective items.
What is the quality of your handmade products?
I do my very best to make things as well as I possibly can. Handmade items are rarely perfect and shouldn't be expected to be so, but products that have obvious imperfections will be marked as such. 🙂
