Stickers Using Paid Tools
Whether or not you can draw, there are some great image editors out there, cheaper than Photoshop and easier to use. If you can use Photoshop, great, but I'll be concentrating on Procreate for the iPad, and Affinity Designer for Windows and iPad.

If you have money to invest, I strongly recommend a cutting machine. They come in all shapes and sizes, depending on what you will be using them for, and they can save so much time.

After a ton of research, I settled on a Silhouette Portrait 3. It’s small, for A4 printing, and is perfect for my needs.

You may want something larger and more powerful if you are looking to expand and churn out lots of sticker sheets daily, but don’t go mad until you are absolutely sure this is what you want to do. In the meantime, there is nothing wrong with printing die-cut stickers and cutting them manually.

The machine and the software do come with a learning curve, but it’s not too difficult to learn, and there are a ton of tutorials out there.

I’m actually still at the very beginning of my sticker business, but so far haven’t regretted purchasing the cutting machine. It only takes a few minutes to cut out a sheet of stickers and it’s fascinating to watch! 🙂

All-in-all, it depends on just how serious you are about making money from selling stickers. Just make sure you have the hardware and software you need, do your research and watch everything you can about your chosen materials.

The next page will show you some of the tutorials I followed which have really helped me. 🙂
